I have taken my father here twice since his relocation and we could not be happier with the great care that Dr. N and the nursing staff provide.
Excellent customer service
Worst VA experience. I called to asked for help/ assistance as a vet with several physical injuries mobility limitations. The receptionist when answered the phone was rude and constantly put me on hold. The nurse was extremely rude, unprofessional and unpleasant to say the least. If I have choice, I will never go back there
Who ever answers the phone needs to be retrained or trained period. Doesn’t listen and seems bothered that anyone calls and quick to get off the phone. Very unprofessional! I see the other reviews and understand. I wouldn’t make an appointment to use the restroom here ,, pathetic to treat service members this way,, If you don’t like your job find something else!!
People who answer your phone 's are very nasty. And I don't appreciate it, I am a veteran. Not one of her family members.
