After putting up with the endless mess-ups of this office, since Dr. Naddleman retired, I have given up. Today I checked in for my appointment 10 minutes early and then sat here for 1/2 an hour while people with later appointments went in. When I asked when I would go in they had no idea I was there, even though I checked in at the desk. They blamed it on being "short staffed" even though my "hygienist was in the back waiting for me."
