Yesterday I asked to buy the bundles on the wall behind the register the manager Joy, looked at me and told me to go down the aisle to the “more affordable” hair, and when I kept asking for the human hair she refused to give it to me as if she had already decided I couldn’t afford what I was asking for. It was incredibly insulting, humiliating, and unprofessional to be stereotyped. The way Joy spoke to me was rude, dismissive, and completely unacceptable for someone in a management position. She was very rude.

The young ladies are very helpful! They can help with make up to wig sections. Install done by Klee during the week is the best! aAnyone looking to buy and have an install this is the place to go!

I've shopped here a few times and the staff have been nice. A few months ago I purchased braiding hair for my daughter. I wasn't sure if it was the correct hair and was told I could return it if it was unopened. Once I realized it wasn't the correct hair I took it back to the store very quickly (that same day or the next). The owner convinced me that I should return it for store credit rather than for a refund- it was natural hair so it was expensive. This beauty supply store has a lot of the hair/ bundle brands and color patterns, curl patterns & products that I can’t find anywhere else. (Franklin, New Brunswick, Plainfield) This is absolutely one of the stores with the best variety/largest inventory in central Jersey!

This store is well stocked for me. Very clean and well lit. I have yet to come here and come up empty on an item I was looking for
