Extremely friendly, I could really tell his/her love for animals.
I highly recommend this clinic. The staff there is really caring and always takes their time when dealing with me or my pet. The previous post said the phones are busy because THEY ARE A VERY VERY BUSY OFFICE. Also as far as the phones on at lunch hour they certainly deserve a lunch break too. If you have a problem the phone says to call the Raritan Animal Hospital so it's not like they do not give you any options. My familyhas been going to them for years and will continue to do so
My family has been taking our cats to the Raritan Animal Hospital Group for about 15 years due to locations near our homes. With only one exception early on we have had satisfactory experiences (many years ago a vet told us our ill kitten wasn't going to make it, which was devastating to hear, but thankfully it turned out that she was simply anemic. This is by far the best Vet I have ever been to! They really care about your pet and treated him as if he were the most important pet. Their staff is great especially Joetta. She is so helpful and friendly and talked to our puppy as if he were a person, like we do! That really impressed us because it wasn't fake it was really sincere. These people really care!!!
