I spent a lot of time in Southern Italy during my 23 year Navy career. This is some of the best truly Italian pizza this side of the Atlantic Ocean!

This is a must-stop for us everytime we visit Sisters...most times several times per 3-4 day visit! The best wood-fired brick oven pizza we've ever had, well deserving of the current 10th best restaurant ranking - of 364 - in Bend on Trip Advisor, and in our opinion, it could certainly be higher. Hands down the best woodfired pizza I have ever had. Small business with great staff and owner.
Possibly the best pizza I've ever had. The cheesecake is out of this world and the owner made sure we had a great dining experience. I asked some " trade secret " questions and Ed answered them. This is now a guaranteed stop when we come to Bend. Make sure you leave room for dessert!!!
Great pizza, wine, beer selections and very good Cider options. We had a great dinner and the owner even insisted we take a margerita pizza home on the house. Ed was very pleasant and personable. We will surely be regulars when in Sisters.
