I've been with Pisacano for about 5 years and they've always been on point when it comes to response time and repairs. Very cordial people. Buildings are clean and quiet.
Sadly, there have been some accountability issues.
Customer service was unprofessional. I called about a one bedroom apartment showing this morning - no one picked up. Someone called me back an hour and half later and asked “who is this…?” (Remember she called me). I told her I’m interested in an apartment and proceeded to tell me the apartment is off the market. It felt as if I irritated her when I was simply making an inquiry about apartments.
