Customer service was unprofessional. I called about a one bedroom apartment showing this morning - no one picked up. Someone called me back an hour and half later and asked “who is this…?” (Remember she called me). I told her I’m interested in an apartment and proceeded to tell me the apartment is off the market. It felt as if I irritated her when I was simply making an inquiry about apartments.

9yrs 3 different apartments and I honestly couldn’t have asked for a better renting experience in the city. I came to this family owned agency with two roommates who knew nothing about the city but had heard the horror stories of surviving here while trying to make things happen professionally.
