We run a small plumbing company in the metro Atlanta area. We had a jetter hose blow out on us in the middle of the day, with the closest jetter specific shop over two hours away. We called, they accepted, and fixed the issue within 1 hour of calling. They didnt have the specific spec for the crimp, but they measured the original with a micrometer and made it work. I asked before the hose was prepared how much it would be. $80 to $100 was the reply. The final price was $174. The diameter was probably 2x's the original hose plus he was going to let me leave without the quick connect fitting from the old hose. Maybe that's a fair price for the hose - I don't know but crappy overall experience for me.
I own a homemade log splitter that a Korean War vet made in the 70s. Its been used for 55 years. It developed a leak and I took it to Pirtech Norcross. They pressurized the tank, found and fixed the leak(s), did minor welding, replaced some of the hoses to the tank, and did it promptly at a very fair price. Easy to work with, very helpful, and I appreciate the work on a small machine at their shop. Great service, great place, highly recommended.
