I was driving my semi wrecker and my main air hose ruptured. I managed to make it to Pirtek without needing a service call. When I tell you that I’ve never been treated so well by any part supplier and I’ve been in the business 30+ years. They treated me with upmost respect and went above and beyond to make my situation even better. They upgraded the hose that I needed and the price point was excellent. Big Mike took really good care of my situation. If it wasn’t for his AWESOME attitude, customer service, and expertise. I would have been in serious trouble. I had a full load of vehicles on my trailer that needed to be delivered asap. Big Mike mad it happened in less than a hour. Not to mention I was expecting to pay over $100 I was charged $86. I forgot the other two gentleman that was in the office with Big Mike but they was awesome as well. Good job guys. Thank you all for assisting me.
