Stopped by today for a part and hose. They didn’t have what we needed (it was a very niche product) but they were extremely helpful and pointed us in the direction of somewhere that did. Outstanding service by the young bloke that had what I think was a British accent. Update. Same service delivered today by the same bloke, his name is Ryan, three weeks later. Amazing job. And they have stools to sit on while you wait.

Just went in to replace a section of coolant hose that had gone soft, guys asked what the hose was to be used for and after hearing it was a water drain for a turbo, recommended the right type of hose to give good service life. Guys were champions and service was quick. Thanks guys! Michael.

Visited Pirtek after a hydraulic line on my Forklift split. Adam was very helpful and after assesing my split line, he made a replacement for me. Also gave me some insight on reinstalling it. Great service.
