pizza is good but carryout is awful. whatever time they tell you it will be ready, add at least 30 minutes. food is never ready when you arrive and you just wait and wait with at least 10 others waiting for their order. everyone is frustrated and staff has no idea when it will be ready
Good food and Kendra gave us great service.
The food at Pirrones is great but if I could give lower than a 1 star for customer service and atmosphere I absolutely would. Every time you place a takeout order, you are guaranteed to wait 30+ minutes after the pick up time that they give you. I can’t tell you how many times I’ve heard “oh they dropped your pizza it’ll only be 10 more minutes”. That’s after waiting several minutes to even be helped at the front counter by an employee.
