Not good. Cocky and Sarcastic. Wife was being prepped for A/V Node Ablation. We were told previously it was outpatient. He informed us it was not and we will be spending the night. When we told hm what we were originally told, he said 'I kept it a secret'. Not funny Doc! Plus, no consultation before the procedure (except at the prep bedside) and my wife had to request for me to be there or else they would not have gotten me from the waiting room. I am sorry you feel this way sir. The procedure is an outpatient procedure given the less than 23 hour stay per the hospital. We did offer an appointment as we do all patients preoperatively but you had deferred. We are very transparent that an overnight stay is recommended after this procedure in the best interest of your loved one. I am sorry if this caused you discomfort or distress but patient care comes first. I am glad she did well with the procedure and has recovered.
Adequate if all you need is a "Flowchart" style doctor. Not the doctor for me.and my complicated health.
I’ve been a patient of Dr Mofrad for nearly 10 years. His knowledge, care, and demeanor are superior. I’m from a medical family and background, I Dr shopped in the DC area for an electrophysiologist, and I’m so glad I chose Dr Mofrad!!!
Dr. Mofrad was the first doctor to determine I was experiencing cardiac failure. He was very knowledgeable, kind, and very caring, I felt that I was receiving excellent care under him. Based on my medical insurance and additional heart failure issues which required additional specialized care I was forced to make a change to a more diverse cardiac team. I highly recommend him to anyone! Very nice man!
Dr. Mofrad has provided excellent care for me over the last nine years. During that time he has gone many extra steps to assure proper treatment and has done it seven days a week. Dr. Mofrad is always making sure I have had the best and timely care. His office staff is great at supporting him. I have recommended him any opportunity I have had the change.
At the first appointment I knew he was right for my cardiac issues. Always feel he is 'on top' of things. His asst, Twin, is lovely and very pleasant. Lisa, receptionist always makes things work for you when needing an appointment!
He really cares about you as a person and he does all he can do to make sure you are taken care of. I would highly recommend him as a Doctor.
