Piro Spa Service was the only company willing to make the long drive out to far east county San Diego and service our spa. The tech showed up exactly when he said he would and promptly diagnosed the problem and fixed it. We are very pleased with Piro Spa Services.

I have used Piro Spa Services 3 times now in my 15 years of owning my Caldera Tahitian Spa. Each time they have been prompt and fixed the problem. This last time was simply a clogged filter which they did not charge me for the service call, which I greatly appreciated! Will use them again and recommend them.

If I could give zero stars I would. Worst company I have ever dealt with. The customer service is absolutely horrible!!! I have never been treated with such disrespect by MIa. You can not get a hold of someone and it takes so long before they return phone calls. They were happy to take my 100 dollars for the technician that came out and did nothing. STAY AWAY!! Much better company's out there to use for your spa repairs. I will make sure to post this on social media so all my friends and there friends know to stay away!!

If I could give 0 stars I would. Technician came out 1 week ago. left me a note/receipt for $145 saying that he would get back with me. I have had no correspondence since then, regardless of my numerous attempts. I would look elsewhere.
