A wonderful place to live.
I got rid of all the roaches, termites and all other problems in the unit had it spotless and childproof. I complained about a moldy AC and a very poor unsanitary repair of this. I have pictures. About a month later I was asked to move out and told there was “ no reason” for the move out notice but that “everyone” is month to month now, I guess that means move people out whenever you feel like it. We've been renting an apartment for over a year now. If something breaks at home, maintenance comes very quickly. The apartment was given to us in good condition. First line by the ocean. We are happy with everything!
I will let you know that the property is filthy dirty and I was sick living there
