Made a reservation for today that we confirmed yesterday, and they didn’t open and didn’t call to tell us. So we stood outside for a while with a bunch of disappointed kids until we finally got in contact with someone, who said “I guess they didn’t open today.... I’m not in OCNJ”. Horrible customer service. Wouldn’t dream of recommending this place to anyone.

The worst. We almost died , i’m lucky to be alive at this moment, take your money next door. The owner tried to fight us over a refund, we recommend no one goes if they aren’t ready to sink and die ✌🏼thanks to the only dock guy that trusted out word to our boat basically sinking but the rest of the crew is sketchy , thanks for ruining a great day for us Pirates Cove Marina 🤦🏼♀️

We had so much fun. They were so accommodating. Wish the summer wasn’t over so we could do it again!
We had the greatest experience today. The owner and the staff were so amazing. The boat was clean and in excellent condition. The staff helped us load and unload the boat. Everyone was so friendly and accommodating. We could not have asked for a better day. We will definitely be back next year!
