It was my first time being at the car wash and when it was done going through the wash. I went to park to vacuum and noticed a large scratch on my rear driver door. I looked around the car and noticed little nicks especially the front hood and other side of the passenger side door. I spoke with the manager and he refused to even help or try to work something out. All he could do is have a smirk on his face that there was nothing he can do. I would not recommend this car wash to anyone.
3 our of my 4 brand new rims on my truck got damaged here today, went and told Seth the manager that was in charge there today, he told me that he’ll look at the cameras because they supposably got cameras through out the tunnel, well we did a claim report, not even 4 hours later did he call me and tell me that “nothing hit your rims, nothing happened in the tunnel”. Clearly something happened in there if i drove in with them non damaged, I DONT RECOMMEND THIS CAR WASH!!!!
Best management ever. He always comes out to check to make sure I am satisfied with the wash. Does everything he can to make it perfect. Best car wash and customer service!!

Without a doubt the worst ever experience. Damage your car and then deny it even though their own video proves their equipment caused over $400 in damages.
Love it...easy in and easy out. I have never had to wait and my car can get cleaned at a super low price.
