I contacted pirate because I was looking for a home to purchase, I contacted the office to get more information on a property I had found online, I spoke with Jamie about the property, she was very excited about it , and gave me as much information as she possibly could, also answered all my questions. Very positive, kind and professional person! Would totally recommend speaking with her.
Unfortunately we have called and emailed more times than we can count about having maintenance (that we were promised) done on our rental. It’s been 7 months since we’ve moved in and they still haven’t fixed anything. We have poured our money into this place trying to maintain. A lot of things need attention and continue to fall apart.
