I had a check engine light come on today and I called them and they not only looked at my truck but were able in get it fixed and me back on the road in about an hour and a half at a very reasonable price, I was very satiisfied with their service and they are very nice to deal with. John saved us thousands of dollars of repairs that would have been needed had he not caught a major issue caused by another negligent lube. I feel so indebted to him. He was quick, kind and trustworthy. He earned our business for any issues in the future and regular maintenance.
So glad we found these nice people!! We brought in our truck that had been to another shop MULTIPLE times for the same problem and paid for the “work” performed on the truck each time to no prevail... paid over $6,000 at the other place and Pirates didn’t even scratch the surface of that price!! Very honest and know what they are doing!! Not taking our vehicles anywhere else!!! Thank you guys!! Y’all are awesome!!
