I work for a small business. Customer service not great. Don't even waste your time. Its on their schedule and terms only. Not flexible. Gary was very rude and disrespectful to more than 3 of our staff members. He even recommended "we take our business" else where! So we did!
Very friendly staff who will help you get all your paperwork into the containers.. this is the way to go especially if you have saved a lot of paperwork over the years.
