management at piqua villiage told my friend her husband was burning in hell for eternity because he killed himself .I'm sure Jesus understands people can be sick with mental illness and depression. Penny should keep her ugly opinions to herself!!!!!! for someone that has been so dishonest while working here. she really should not be saying where other people go when they pass from suicide or any other reason. if you think giving people the wrong checks and the current manager 2026 not being present for apointments and then her gaxlight and blame tenants is amazing than you must be either slow yourself or on C! she also makes inspections and has not showed up for any of them so far .she loves to make apointments but then acts like she is to busy to attend herself most of the time. also wish they would get better mailbox these are old and not good mailboxes

This is the worst management we've had in years. When it was time for my recertification appointment, I went to her office and showed up like I was supposed to. She told me she was too busy and said she'd do it another time. Then she turns around and puts in writing that I didn't show up. I cannot recommend this property due to serious management issues since Redwood took over. Despite living here for years without problems, the new management has created multiple complications with my account. Most recently, my November utilities check was not issued, even though my income hasn't changed from last year and I submitted all required documentation on time.
