Caring employees willing to go to Ohio to pick up someone
I am so excited to be the first to review this shop, as I just completed a transaction with them today. In early October, my car (a mini cooper) suffered catastrophic engine damage on a trip out of town. Rather than take it to a repair shop in the city, we had it towed back home by Piqua. The entire way, the driver assured me that they had worked and serviced Mini Coopers before, and were capable of the job. I assume now, he meant only if that car was not under warranty.
