Pippin squeezed us in for last minute extractions. Dr. Black was amazing at providing quality service and aftercare instructions. I love the staff here, they are like family. I have been bringing my five kids here for years and I have always gotten exceptional service!
Everyone at Pippin dental are very caring and patience with my granddaughter. The hygentice Sandi is excellent and Dr David is very patient. I want to update my review: I am no longer taking my granddaughter to Pippin dental. They have gone completely paperless and if you don't receive paperwork through either text or Gmail they will cancel your appointment without notifying you. Very frustrating. They have a different dentist in the Elkhart office and he refused to let me go back to the room with my 7 year old granddaughter... read more
If I could give no stars I would they need to be shut down for good ! Rude people and the wait is always long terrible customer service and the dentist is rude right along with the receptionist .And before pulling my tooth the dentist dr. Black I believe his name is he never checked if my tooth was infected before pulling it and didn’t check my mouth after he pulled it and when I went back because I had a abscess on my gum he was so rude saying I didn’t follow the directions ( which I did) he didn’t do his job as a dentist w... read more
