I’m very disappointed with the unprofessional receptionist. She was not only rude and disrespectful, but she also hung up on me. She clearly needs further customer service training to handle patients professionally and respectfully.
This is the second time this week I’ve called off work for a dentist appointment just for them to cancel the day before two weeks in a row never fails. I am a new patient I haven’t did anything to them this is very unprofessional and I will be taking my service elsewhere
They do a gteat job at putting my dentist terrified grandson at ease. Thanks Pippen for having such a great staff!
