Went downhill since they changed the name from kool smiles to pippen dental. Unprofessional customer service. They lost my daughters chart so they just kept taking other patients. I complained and the lady said your next but they tried taking a patient that had just walked in 5 minutes before. We were there for over an hour at that point. They finally took my daughter back and she was supposed to have 2 cavities filled. They didn't even do that. She has been going there her whole life but it stops here. So disappointed in behavior of front desk phopertsers after so long of doing business here w my children I don't think 🤔 truthfully they are awear of what there doing in my opinion
