I have been bringing my son here for awhile now. The place is very clean, nice and hours fits my work schedule. When we first started going here there was a staff that was terrible and unprofessional. But she no longer works there and everyone is very professional and pleasant. I will choose Pippen dental EVERYTIME
I received a bill in the mail for one child. I called billing to double check what i owed and a found out that some of my payment went towards my other child for a treatment without my approval, that was done 4 months ago. No statement ever sent out for this other treatment. No preauthorization done on my children for procedures that they performed. Billing my insurance company PER TOOTH for sealant which resulted in multiple claims for the same thing which my insurance company denied. Im extremely upset that a simple check ... read more
I will not recommend going. My first trip there for a scheduled 4pm appointment with their company was denied. They claim they don't take 4pm. Even after I showed her the email they sent. Then I got rescheduled for the following week at 345pm. I had called them to let them know ill be 5 minutes late. She let me know longs im there before 4pm, I am good. This is a dentistry that is corporation owned. Your personal experience is not as important as meeting daily status quo. Please be careful as they will add as much and do as much as possible to make money over giving stellar service to their patients. Profits over patients.
