Staff were great yesterday . But the way the system is set up with confirming appointment is horrible and needs to be changed. They cancel appointment stay they sent calls and email out but not true .
Great dental work but the business is very bothersome. Especially with the way they SPAM you with calls and text messages regarding an appointment. Almost to the point of harassment, even after you've left messages and explicitly told them to stop!
They book multiple kids for the same time slot. Get ready to be there for at least 3 hours. As soon as my grandson's treatment plan is done, we're definitely out of here.

I took my kids here for a couple years. There was some good and bad days with it. I decided to switch my kids to the same dentist office I go too. They kept calling me multiple times a week asking if I wanted to schedule my kids cleaning. I told them everytime i changed their dentist and they were still persistent about it.
