Good Morning! In Response to my recent service request on April 6, 2026. I just want to give Technician Dustin a well-deserved "Thanks!" Tech. Dustin was timely, professional, knowledgeable, and got right to the job. He maintained constant communication. Tech. Dustin explained to me and pointed out all my minor problem areas to keep a close lookout for/check on. There were no serious faults to be concerned with at this time. Also, the service call was the cheapest in my area, @ $49.00 (Special). So, Thanks! Tech. Dustin
Not saying their techs arent good, but their office people need to either hang up the phone after talking to paying(albeit unhappy) customers, or stop trash talking those same customers who can hear them for nearly 10 minutes.
