Best soup, sandwich, tea, sweets, and service in my hometown!
I was here a few years ago on vacation. What a pleasant experience! So much so that I still go back to that memory. We bought tea to take home and it was delicious.
A nice, quiet place to sit and drink tea. And my server was very welcoming and helpful, which I appreciated, being that it was my first visit to the establishment.
Charming little tea room! A nice place to have tea or lunch with a friend. The food is delicious and the people who work their are quite friendly and gracious. I will definitely be back!
Wonderful place and I know I will be back! Yesterday was my first time here and it was great!
"Aromatic and plentiful tea choices, steeped to perfection. Delightful pastries and sandwiches. Summer offers a cheerful tea garden. Or if you prefer tea inside, fresh posies from Pippa's garden brighten your table. Autumn and Winter bring savory comforting soups made from scratch daily, and garnished beautifully. From the fireplace to the charming staff, Pippa works her artistry to create warmth and welcome around a 'cuppa. If you are in Port Townsend, Pippa's is not to be missed. I go there weekly, in every season. Cheers.... read more
My mother and I have been partaking in high tea as a mother-daughter experience annually for well over a decade. We have been to tea rooms locally and to places like the Empress Hotel. Of all of them, this has the best actual tea. And the ability to try so many different kinds of tea is just an incredible experience. Five stars without question!
My new favorite jaunt by far!! I don't even live very nearby, but I'll find any excuse to drop in! For instance, one day on my way home from Quilcene to Poulsbo (yes, the map does not substantiate my claim), I stopped in. I also just experienced Pippa's high tea and it is such a very special event and yet strangely, just stopping in for a cream tea or a sandwich and tea in no way pales in comparison! I just adore the environment, the people and the tea and treats! I'd be visiting nearly daily were I closer! I truly feel amon... read more
I have really missed my afternoon Tea which we so enjoyed in London and Scotland. Here is an Australian take on tea with great flakey scones and perfectly brewed tea. CHoose from one of the dozens of specially blended teas by this great team, and find a soothing, hip place to relax with friends while exploring Port Townsend, or just to settle with your favorite book. Can't wait to return.
