We came home late in the evening this winter to find that our furnace stopped working. They came out and got our furnace up and running again that evening. Very pleased with the work done and how quick they came out to fix the issue and get the heat going in my home again.
I would not recommend this company to anyone. My 69yr mother-in-law has broken water pipes in her well-maintained double-wide home that is on a residential street. She has insurance on the lines and the insurance company hired Pipeworks to fix her broken pipes...this was 3 weeks ago and she is still without water. She is hauling gallons of water to use in her home. She has been continually pushed off because "we are very busy". My AC went last year but due to age of it and the Furnace I was advised to replace system. I had a very positive experience with Pipeworks and the work and professionalism was excellent. I received quotes from others but Pipewirks was not only the best but they offered higher quality products and were accommodating with my schedule. The new system is more efficient and has saved me money already in the first year! I highly recommend Pipeworks.
Wouldn't recommend to anyone. Sued my disabled mother over what we where told was a free estimate. Blatantly misrepresented themselves in court calling it a service call charging her $60. I have never heard of a company so desperate for money to sue over something so petty. Such underhanded business practices it's just sad that a local business would stoop so low. And then to make ret@rd jokes while sitting in court. Never would of dreamed a business owner to be so unprofessional.
