Piper's is a historical institution in Chariton. I have many fond memories when Bob Piper was operating the store. My sister, Jill Kerns continues that tradition of providing quality products, friendly service and a deep involvement in the community. We received a box of Piper's Candy for Grandparents Day. What a treat!!
Absolutely awesome products, with a heck of an atmosphere, and vintage customer care.
