So bummed about this company. It came highly recommended and the properties are beautiful but after reaching out for almost two months via online inquiry, email and voicemails trying to rent a property- it’s a major bummer to have not had one response back. Super disappointing because they seem to offer amazing housing.
I rented an apartment from Piperbear for almost 4 years. Greg and Nicole were always very responsive in the rare event that there was an issue with the apartment. They were respectful when they needed to come into the apartment and always scheduled it in advance. The apartment itself was a wonderful place to live. Highly recommend Piperbear Properties
