pool supplies Piper Pools have a lot of necessary items for pool repair and supplies. They also have a lot of pool toys. We've used them for water samples and each time it's been a problem. They have given us bad information and we've had to buy to many chemicals.
Great Selection Piper pools has everything you would expect a pool store to have. they have a lot of parking and a huge selection. I have bought some stuff there and have not had any problems.
Change of Owner I've dealt with Piper for over 30 years, but George Piper no longer owns the business. I called to have my pool opened and they did a terrible job - literally just pulled off the cover and put on the ladders and called it a day as I wasn't at home. I did not get my $$s worth and wouldn't trust them again.
STAY AWAY! The service is terrible and the service scheduler is one VERY rude and angry lady. They make you wait weeks before they show up, after PRE payment, then they do a terrible job and won't come back and fix their mistakes. Don't ask any questions about bad service or the bill because it's all YOUR fault and a totally separate problem. They're WORSE than my auto mechanic!! I wish I had read the first review before I called them.....:( Thank you Insider Pages, I'm going check out EVERY business now.
Piper Pools & Spas Inc was a bad experience I've used Piper Pools for opening, closing and repairs since my in-ground pool was installed about six years ago., but after too many bad experiences with them, I am switching this year for closing and will see what happens. I spent over $1000.00 in repairs due to their servicemen. Broke the main filter element ($275.00 to repair), broke auto pool cover cable ($850.00 to repair), broke the flapper door out of skimmer (unrepairable) and several other problems. GREAT JOB!! Got my Pool closed with them this year and they did a great job! The service department staff and, ladies in the office were very helpful. I would recommend them. Was shocked to read some reviews below, bc my experience was so wonderful. I will use them to Open the Pool. Thanks Piper Pools Service !
Friendly people, lots of information The people at Piper are friendly and seem to have solid pool chemistry knowledge. They have a lot of repair supplies, and the prices are comparable, or in some cases cheaper, than the prices you can find at online pool suppliers. Their hours are convenient and there is lots of room to park. I'd recommend Piper Pools to anyone who has a pool!
