Piper has been great! Tankless water heater and a bunch of other plumbing and ac needs.
I have posted before, but feel the need to reiterate: Piper's is my "Go To" for any plumbing issues. They are quick to respond, work diligently with conflicting schedules, are FAIR, and knowledgeable! The girls in the office, Kelly & Angie are so understanding. Tory, one of the techs, is my 'super-hero'! I simply can NOT say enough for my trust & faith in them!
Boy howdy, what a great Team Piper has. Very impressive, polite, very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, everything you ever wanted in a plumbing service! The Team replaced my old galvanized plumbing with PEX in my very cramped crawl space today. Called on Friday morning for a service call on my furnace, Kellie said Sam would be there about noon. He was there right on time; he diagnosed the problem got the furnace running. He took some carbon monoxide readings and found that the furnace was bad. Mike called and said his guys could be there the next morning to install a new one. They were there about 0930 and were done by noon. I would recommend to anyone, the service that they did for us without hesitation potentially saved our lives.
