Boy howdy, what a great Team Piper has. Very impressive, polite, very knowledgeable, friendly, thorough, everything you ever wanted in a plumbing service! Called on Friday morning for a service call on my furnace, Kellie said Sam would be there about noon. He was there right on time; he diagnosed the problem got the furnace running. He took some carbon monoxide readings and found that the furnace was bad. Mike called and said his guys could be there the next morning to install a new one. Gavin and Sam were tasked with replacing my boiler and they were amazing, on time, very efficient, very professional toughed out staying to unblock my pipes. I cant thank them enough for the work they put in. I will definitely recommend piper plumbing and heating to anybody.
