I just recieved an anniversary gift I ordered and it was perfect!!!! It came quickly was just as i ordered and they did a wonderful job on the engravings. I couldn't be more pleased.
I have been wearing the same gold chain for 20 years and the clasp had worn out. They repaired it and it looks like new. Costly though
