My husband and I have been loyal customers of the Piper Arms in Burlington for years, which makes this experience especially infuriating. While we were both sick with the flu, our daughter in BC kindly ordered two daily soups and garlic bread for us, trusting the quality we’ve come to expect. What we received was disgraceful.
