Unethical Company, only out to make money off of its customers. This jerk was rude on the phone because he "was too busy", but offered to charge me a service charge to come and tell me whether there was a drain valve on the sprinkler system he just installed on a brand new home. He said it may or may not have one, but if it wasn't winterized properly it would be my problem.... but it SHOULD be ok.
