Always in time. They have the best prices. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful
Haven't used their services but a driver of theirs, "older" guy with a small tattoo on his left hand hooked me up with info about an RC shop, and was very friendly. Id definitely consider them if I needed service of this nature before others. 4 stars because of friendliness but haven't used them before
One of our rental properties (which house approximately 9 adults and children) ran out of heating oil on one of the coldest days of the year. We called Pipeline Petroleum and were told we had to wait another 6 days until they could fill the tank. Not to mention the attitude of the lady who answered the phone was very abrupt and simply uncaring to the situation. I just had one of the worst customer service experiences in my life! I called, a woman answered and asked if I could hold and before I could respond, placed me on hold. Then when she got back on she asked in a really put off voice, "What can I do?". I responded with, "Good morning to you as well." All I wanted to do was find out when, approximately, the delivery would arrive since the filling spout is in our garage. I was told drivers get a list and they make their own route. OK.
