We have been using Pipeline for propane delivery since moving into our home and our experience has always been positive. They have some of the best prices around, good customer service and we have never had a missed delivery.
Its true that their customer service is not the best. I call to get a quote and it felt like talking to a wall. I keept having to tell her what I was calling for ,they should be more proactive in their questioning with new prospects.
It’s hard to find genuinely kind people in customer service anymore, but Daphne at Pipeline Petroleum truly goes above and beyond. The day before Thanksgiving, my fuel tank was almost empty, and she made sure a delivery came out that same day. I highly recommend this company for their personal and attentive service.
Always in time. They have the best prices. Everyone that works there is extremely helpful
Haven't used their services but a driver of theirs, "older" guy with a small tattoo on his left hand hooked me up with info about an RC shop, and was very friendly. Id definitely consider them if I needed service of this nature before others. 4 stars because of friendliness but haven't used them before
