Tonight we had an amazing waiter named, Jose. He was exceptionally attentive and anticipated what we may need the entire time. He definitely has above and beyond customer service skills and is an example of what all waiters should be like. I even spoke with the manager just to let her know how pleasant this young man was. We definitely will be visiting the Baytown Pipeline Grill again and hope to have Jose as our waiter.
The food was delicious. We got the jambalaya balls and the swamper pizza! Can I just say, this was a coon a$$e$ DREAM!
Delicious hamburger and casual surroundings, a fun place....menu has lots of choices, all reasonable 😁

If it was as possible to give less than a star I would. The bartenders have attitude, the food is high dollar and mediocre, and the drink prices are outrageous. I was charged $11 for a beer.
My friends & I are extremely loyal. We eat here weekly... After last night, we will not come back- at least to this pipeline. You lost great customers, Jeff! We were sat outside without an option for inside- we saw a table by the doors inside so we asked to sit inside because My 6 month old with us & the mosquitoes were terrible. They said yeah, no problem... so we get inside & sit down and order then the manager comes over and pretty much tells us to leave because they had this table saved and more or less calls us a liar a... read more
After we were sat at a table, had drinks and our food ordered the manager came over and told us they needed our table. We were told we could move outside that they had a big table they needed to seat. We had a baby at the table and could not move outside because of the mosquitoes. They insisted we had to get up. We will never eat here again. Way to go Jeff on losing regular customers. We are so disappointed!
