Guys were very professional. On time both days they were here my house is on a slab and I had a leak they ended up having to cut a trench all the way across my living room hardwood floors.It was messy but they got it repaired in two days.They kept the dust down as much as you possibly can. I would definitely hire them again if needed. The price they charged was very reasonable for what they did.
Very professional. Arrived at my home an hour after I made the call. Explained all the work that had to be accomplished and gave me the cost of repairs. Repairman was friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using them as my go to plumbing service!
Excellent Service! I needed a vent installed for my water heater, and Pipedex was fantastic. They came out the very next morning, and the technician was friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He quickly found preinstalled pipes in the house and was able to connect everything without any issues. Will definitely use them again for any future plumbing needs!
I had three spigots replaced. Vasiliy was on time, explained what needed to be done, provided a reasonable, accurate estimate, and walked me through his work after it was completed. He was professional and communicated well. He even pointed out some things in my crawl space that I needed to bring up to my HVAC company. I would definitely call Pipedex again if I have any other plumbing needs.
Professional and polite. These guys installed a new hit water heater for us and do the yearly servicing. We've not had a single issue. We highly recommend them!
