Guys were very professional. On time both days they were here my house is on a slab and I had a leak they ended up having to cut a trench all the way across my living room hardwood floors.It was messy but they got it repaired in two days.They kept the dust down as much as you possibly can. I would definitely hire them again if needed. The price they charged was very reasonable for what they did.
Vasiliy is very courteous and patient and explains everything he's going to do. They give a two hour window, not morning or afternoon, like most places. He also keeps you up to date, like when he's heading over or had to take a different route because of traffic. They don't charge for estimates either. We are very satisfied with the service and will be calling again if needed.
I had three spigots replaced. Vasiliy was on time, explained what needed to be done, provided a reasonable, accurate estimate, and walked me through his work after it was completed. He was professional and communicated well. He even pointed out some things in my crawl space that I needed to bring up to my HVAC company. I would definitely call Pipedex again if I have any other plumbing needs.
Very professional. Arrived at my home an hour after I made the call. Explained all the work that had to be accomplished and gave me the cost of repairs. Repairman was friendly and courteous. Will definitely be using them as my go to plumbing service!
Oleg arrived right on time. He was the epitome of what a plumber should be. He was professional, courteous, knowledgeable, and patient. He didn’t mind explaining what was going on, even though, he had explained it 3 times already. I was disappointed that he wasn’t going to be the one to make the repairs, however, Vasilily maintained the same attitude, approach, and sense of professionalism as Oleg had. My fears were calmed.
