I got 4 estimates before I decided on Pipedex to install my Rinnai water heater. Pipedex was by far the most professional. Oleg and Vasiliy went above and beyond to do a great job and make a picky guy like me happy. 100% recommended. Thanks guys!! They have a 5 Star rating for a reason!
Could not ask for a better experience! Oleg was sent out by my landlord to fix my hot water heater. He was quick and very efficient. He also took extra time to ensure if I had any other issues out of the heater in the future it would not damage my flooring! I am so appreciative. I would recommend him no questions!
I will never hire any other plumber! These are the very best! I highly recommend them. I had to have my sewer line completely replaced from under the house to the road and city sewer connection. This also included removing and replacing a section of concrete on my front porch. They did an excellent job, on time, got the permits with the city, the utilities marked, removed the old pipe and concrete, replaced the concrete, always in communication with me. Guys were very professional. On time both days they were here my house is on a slab and I had a leak they ended up having to cut a trench all the way across my living room hardwood floors.It was messy but they got it repaired in two days.They kept the dust down as much as you possibly can. I would definitely hire them again if needed. The price they charged was very reasonable for what they did.
Highly recommended plumbing service. They replaced my electric water heater as scheduled in professional manner. Vasiliy did excellent job, I was impressed with his expertise and experience.
