They seem very incompetent and are really bad at customer service. We were assigned them from our home warranty for fixing our AC. They couldn’t figure it out and kept avoiding us. They even told our home warranty that the issue was fixed when it wasn’t. After ignored multiple calls from us, they eventually told our home warranty that they couldn’t fix it. Came out due to home warranty, whole house humidifier. They were wonderful. Worked hard the whole time, kindly explained what was happening when I asked, I'm curious. They both were polite, friendly and professional. If you have a home warranty, request these guys, they are really great. Edited about 4 months later, they came out for a new reason. Wow, they are ethical, responsible and honest.
Roger and Mike were most helpful to install our new AC unit through our home warranty company.
Never answer their phones or give call backs when messages are left.
