They seemed very shady. Showed up in a personal vehicle with no company name. No name badges or IDs. They were not able to find the leak, said they would work with our home warranty about putting stop leak in our air conditioner and get back with me. We never heard back from them. The case was closed because they couldn’t find the leak. We had a different air conditioner company come out and they found the leak within 15 mins. Roger first assessed our issue and worked well with our home warranty company. He had to order a part and was back two days later to install it with Michael. Two days was not an issue for us as we noticed the problem in the springtime. They are both humble and hard-working individuals. I would choose them again due to their straightforwardness and professionalism!
They seem very incompetent and are really bad at customer service. We were assigned them from our home warranty for fixing our AC. They couldn’t figure it out and kept avoiding us. They even told our home warranty that the issue was fixed when it wasn’t. After ignored multiple calls from us, they eventually told our home warranty that they couldn’t fix it. Came out due to home warranty, whole house humidifier. They were wonderful. Worked hard the whole time, kindly explained what was happening when I asked, I'm curious. They both were polite, friendly and professional. If you have a home warranty, request these guys, they are really great. Edited about 4 months later, they came out for a new reason. Wow, they are ethical, responsible and honest.
They came out on time, listened to my explanation of what was wrong, immediately recognized a solution and explained the process in detail. They also gave an explanation of the timeline since I was dealing with a home warranty regarding the ordering and installation of the water heater. No complaints here thus far.
