I had Pipe Wizard here for an emergency, frozen sewer pipe. I can't say enough good things about them. Joe, the owner, responded immediately. He worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. He is an amazing plumber. His wife, Toni, is lovely to deal with. Such nice people. As for the cost, more than reasonable. I expected to be charged much more since he came on a Sunday. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Pipe Wizard! Donna

Pipe Wizard was wonderful! I found them on Facebook when I posted in a local group looking for someone who could repair a shower faucet leak through the wall behind it and also repair the wall, they were the only ones who responded. Honestly, I was skeptical having never heard of the company before, but they provide free estimates and have lots of convenient appointment times, so what did I have to lose? They were on time and work was done quickly. However, the exact details of the work that needed to be done weren't provided after the initial walk through. The invoice i received was vague. It took multiple calls. emails and text messages to finally get an answer from the owener Joe a week later. I was then told that the 7k fees were for a gasline pressure test, capping the gasline, removal of the gas meter, permits and expiditor fees. Pipe Wizard is horrendous! While the work was done well however my sink still drips and they lied and said they were going to mail me a part. I paid $2500 and almost a month later I have received nothing. Joe has read all my text messages. They don't come when they say and when they it's late. I live alone and Joe came to finish the job and didn't come to my house until 10:45 and didn't leave until 2am! His wife is very unprofessional and down right rude. Service person was very friendly and did an excellent job, I’m glad he was able to come so quick and got the old water heater removed.
