I had Pipe Wizard here for an emergency, frozen sewer pipe. I can't say enough good things about them. Joe, the owner, responded immediately. He worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. He is an amazing plumber. His wife, Toni, is lovely to deal with. Such nice people. As for the cost, more than reasonable. I expected to be charged much more since he came on a Sunday. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Pipe Wizard! Donna

Pipe Wizard is horrendous! While the work was done well however my sink still drips and they lied and said they were going to mail me a part. I paid $2500 and almost a month later I have received nothing. Joe has read all my text messages. They don't come when they say and when they it's late. I live alone and Joe came to finish the job and didn't come to my house until 10:45 and didn't leave until 2am! His wife is very unprofessional and down right rude. Saki and Tyrell were professional and personable. They did a great job, on time, and skilled. Couldn't ask for better service. We highly recommend.

Wizard charged $575. to install a regular standard toilet bowl I purchased from Home Depot for $99. I was told by the operator who took my order ..that they were going to charge by the hour. Misleading... information. When the technician arrived, he informed me it would cost $575. I needed the job done, so reluctantly I agreed. To thoroughly complete the job a new shut on/off valve ( speedy supply valve) needed to be soldered on. I needed a gas dryer installed. I called not knowing if anyone was going to be available today. The gentlemen arrived 10 min after I got off the phone! Job was completed with 20 minutes! I’m very thankful.
