I can only say good things about Joe from Pipe Wizard! I called on a Sunday evening and he was there within an hour to help us with a sewage line back up. Their communication throughout the process was incredible and their follow up with us to ensure that they had done everything necessary to get us up and running again was all anyone could hope for! Do not hesitate to call them if you need anything!

I would NOT recommend Pipe Wizard / Mr. Plumber Inc. I contacted them for a rattling pipe noise, but instead of performing a proper on-site diagnosis, Joseph, the master plumber, made assumptions remotely and immediately recommended a $2,000 PRV and main check valve replacement — without confirming whether either was actually needed. Only after I insisted did they check the water pressure, which turned out to be completely normal, proving the PRV wasn't necessary. My techs Will and Jose were great. Fast response, friendly and knowledgeable. Were able to diagnose the issue I has with a backed up pipe, and remedied it quickly.
