I had Pipe Wizard here for an emergency, frozen sewer pipe. I can't say enough good things about them. Joe, the owner, responded immediately. He worked tirelessly until the issue was resolved. He is an amazing plumber. His wife, Toni, is lovely to deal with. Such nice people. As for the cost, more than reasonable. I expected to be charged much more since he came on a Sunday. I do not hesitate to highly recommend Pipe Wizard! Donna

Pipe Wizard is horrendous! While the work was done well however my sink still drips and they lied and said they were going to mail me a part. I paid $2500 and almost a month later I have received nothing. Joe has read all my text messages. They don't come when they say and when they it's late. I live alone and Joe came to finish the job and didn't come to my house until 10:45 and didn't leave until 2am! His wife is very unprofessional and down right rude. The plumber did a pressure test despite I told not to do because Conedison did the pressure test a day before. No leaking everything was good. They charged me $544 and change for the pressure test. The pressure test is done after the work is done. Also did not followed ConEdison prescription and added more things to the estimate. Their price was astronomical expensive.
