So grateful to have found Mac on my first call, just scanning the top Yelp reviews to find someone to snake my connection to the sewer. Of course it backed up after-hours on what was already a bad day, but Mac was here in less than 45 mins, took care of everything quickly and cleanly and gave me some tips for future. Very nice, capable, prompt, fair, and fast. Highly recommend, especially if you are not able to call around to a bunch of places and need someone you can trust.
Mac saved the day! We had a stubborn bathroom sink pipe that finally closed despite a steady flow of Drano while we were hosting family. We called and Mac arrived within an hour and had the blockage cleared within 30 minutes. Recommend and super helpful.
Helped me diagnose a broken gas water heater. We originally thought it was an issue with the gas valve / pilot, but he helped me consider it might be an exterior heater we recently added that was using undersized pipes. Was on time and helpful, thanks!
