The Pipe Whisper truly lives up to the name. Our washer wasn’t draining and water was coming out around the washing machine pipes, so we were pretty stressed. He arrived on time, listened carefully, and diagnosed the problem quickly. He explained what was going on with the drain setup, secured the connections, and made adjustments so the system would drain correctly. He then ran a full test cycle to be sure. We weren’t sure what was going on with our water heater that kept leaking. Pipe Whisperer came out to help quickly, and Mac instantly identified the issue. Since it was a quick fix he even taught us how to do it ourselves. Our issue is now completely fixed! Really appreciate him coming out and being so helpful and honest. We’ll definitely be using this service next time we have a plumbing issue!
Couldn’t figure out why my toilet wasn’t refilling with water and was making a weird sputtering noise- reached out to Mac and he was able to identify the problem right away and fixed it.
