The experience was awkward at first, you set up the appointment initially with an AI agent, then a technician quotes you, for instance 1 1/2 T on cold water line with 3/8 faucet and 1/4 ice maker valve, install only no connection to fridge is 462.83$, for 35min. Coordinator and plumber accommodated my return to work time and were clean, I have white cabinets, easy wipe and done.
Technician promptly arrive, very professional, and assessed problem immediately and found a solution.
