Their tradesman peed in my backyard and when I asked his colleague… whats’s he doing? his response was “he is just peeing” and I said why we have 2 toilets, called the director and the director refused to issue an apology in writing. Once confronted at the end of their work … the tradesman response was “relax” . I dont recommend them and to note this is third time to fix the same issue (leaking pipes from a hot water system).
