I have used Paul and his crew on SEVERAL occasions (and for at least 10 years) for all types of plumbing work - from basic repairs to residential renovations/re-pipes even entire commercial plumbing jobs. Great work, great communication and fair prices.
Paul, the owner, was exceptionally kind, patient, and welcoming—even toward someone like me, a frail elderly customer. He and his assistant, Crag, installed a 50-gallon Bradford White RG250T6N water heater with great care and professionalism. Their work was clean, efficient, and thoughtfully executed. They took the time to answer all my questions without hesitation. I was truly impressed and will gladly add them to my trusted list of family “pipe doctors.”
Great passion for what he does Excellent manners, extremely respectful, gives the patient great comfort, and he gives very detailed analysis of what he thinks and what he is gonna do about it. I happy he is taking good care of my Mom and I am very grateful
