Exceptional craftmanship and customer service. I am so pleased with my decision to go for a custom designed bookcase. Brittany also was exceptional insightful when providing prototypes for the bookcase design and as patience as an angel (and perhaps then some too) with my request for changes. We absolutely love our pieces from Pipe and Wood! We ordered wood shelves with pipe brackets years ago and loved them. We recently bought a new house and had Brittany and her team create a few more pieces for us including more shelves, a pipe & wood bookcase, and a sofa arm tray table.
