This company has very helpful customer service staff! We submitted questions about samples and ordering a custom size drape and received prompt and informative responses. We really like the quality of the Premier drape we ordered in black and plan on ordering more!
Ordered 8 adjustable lightweight pipe and drape kits with Premier Pro Drapes. The fabric is excellent with even color across all 8 kits, and great weight. The Pipes themselves shipped in good condition, and when there were some issues with some sets of hinge hardware shipped damaged, customer service was immediate, kind, and helpful. I will use this company again.
I recently ordered 40 of the 3- to 5-foot adjustable width support rods, and I was very impressed. The shipment arrived ahead of schedule, and the quality of the product exceeded my expectations. Additionally, I had the opportunity to speak with customer service regarding another matter, and their professionalism and responsiveness were exceptional. I highly recommend this company for their quality products and outstanding service.
Fantastic service! I was provided with an up close tour of the hand crafted finishers of the custom textiles and hardware composing a large part of their products (that I was interested in) commercial grade curtains (Pipe and Drape Systems) by design to size specification, with an apparently growing set of additional options.
