After a txv valve went bad last year they came out and fixed it. It ran for aug and some of the following june and the txv valve was bad again. Called for a repair, the same valve has gone bad 2 more times just in July and in the last month we have had a/c for 10 days. In the hottest days we have been ignored. Calls not returned. Did not install my air conditioner properly and did not send a person who knew how to fix the problem. He sounded as if he was deranged. Made a statement that was absolutely untrue. This company should not be in business.

The customer's comments are completely untrue. This customer bought a system from Pipco in October 2016 and did not pay her bill until our legal team filed charges for failure to collect debt, in June 2017. Our experienced and trained technician thoroughly inspected the A/C system on October 18, 2017 after a complaint of water on the floor around the unit. May 2017, 15 year old central AC stopped working. Bad compressor. PIPCO among other were known names in the area were asked for cost estimates to repair and / or replace. PIPCO was quick to respond, Brian was very knowledgeable and willing to take the time educate showing differences between the 3 options he reccomended. Their cost were competitive and the installation was quick and without issues. So far the unit and service has been 5 stars.
