Great company to work with.
Hopefully their products exceed the lousy customer experience I recieved. I placed an order with a new employee who had no idea what she was doing, recieved no invoice at the time of ordering to ensure the order was accurate and recieved inaccurate information of when my order would be completed. When I called Wagner's during the week, I was told I needed to give the employee some slack. I told Wagner's they needed to adequately TRAIN their employees. Really????
