Dr. Sowa is so pleasant and professional. He thoroughly explained the results of my MRI and how to proceed in the future. He gave me a lot of time to ask questions and put me at ease. He is one of the nicest doctors and I highly recommend him!!
Dr Sowa is an awesome physician but his office staff at the Berkeley height office is terrible. When I call the office, the only thing I get is the attitude. They either need to train their staff or find different trainer or people.
I visit he was very nice. But I had to Had 2 out patient surgery. I had asked if he had reviewed my passed. I had a bad experience in a hospital that left me debilitating fear and trust issues. And you have handle me so I can trust you. Well this didn't happen. I was rushed thu the procedure and not given the time to gain trust to who was in the room. Cause me flash backs to things I try not to remember. He really needs to learn how to deal with people who have had pass trauma and work with them. His response was go back to ... read more
