Dr. Pelc is in a class of his own: I wish that there were more people like him, let alone double board certified child psychiatrists!!!! Dr. Pelc is one of the two psychiatrists in the Orange County area that I would be inclined to entrust my unique medication management situation with and I am so happy he is still taking new patients (as the other psychiatrist was semi-retired)!
