Dr. Pelc is one of the two psychiatrists in the Orange County area that I would be inclined to entrust my unique medication management situation with and I am so happy he is still taking new patients (as the other psychiatrist was semi-retired)! Dr. Pelc is awesome! Super professional and he gives the patient the time and space to discuss how they are feeling in a way that I have not experienced with other psychiatrists. Very engaging and you can definitely tell that he cares.
