I love Pioneer Youth! It’s my favorite to see all the wonderful families be apart of a foster child’s growth and journey to a better future! We have the best of it all here! Also grateful for the founders of this company Danny and Leima Tupua who continue to also bless the lives of others. Thankful for Tiare, she has been an amazing boss who has taken over and followed in her parents footsteps. It’s a beautiful place to be apart of.
I know I have only worked with Pioneer for over a month, however, I’ve enjoyed working with the clients, getting to know the staff and take lead from the leadership team, Tiare and Kautai. I appreciate Tiare’s leadership role to make sure we’re all in alignment with our duties and responsibilities. I’m thankful for this opportunity to be part of the Pioneer family. Working with Pioneer Youth truly has opened my eyes to a whole other level! Seeing families truly love kids who some have no home is part of the reasons why I love it here! When you’re part of a team that helps create a future for those that never thought they would have one is humbling 🤍
I just started working at Pioneer about 2 months ago and it has been an amazing experience. The work environment and team has been so helpful. They have been so supportive of me since I started. I also have grown a huge bond with the families, they have been humbling to work with in the sense of them handling hard situations and the way they care for these kids. I can’t complain, I am loving my experience.
