if your looking to get ahead and save money , not going to happen here to high priced and high turnover of tenants ! more suitable for retired folks !
We have been here a little over a week? And it has been amazing! We have had a few issues when we moved in but they were fixed within 24-48 hours! Such nice management! We have not met any neighbors yet but hopefully once it gets warmer we will!
As a person who currently rents here: I'm certain I would prefer to live with my in laws than pay the cheap rent here. The rent is so much cheaper because these apartments haven't been updated since Ronald Reagan was president! I would also like to cite the horrible customer service: Aubrey, the property manager told my wife that there was "nothing she could do to resolve the brown water from our tap water." Enough said. Stay away from any Boyd Wilson properties!
